I work with real estate professionals, developers, lawyers, insurers and relocation services in Almaty. We agree the terms of each partnership in writing before the first deal. A short message is enough to start: who you are and what your client needs.

I work with people who take responsibility for their part of a deal and can back it up with documents.
Real estate professionals and agencies
Joint deals: you have the client and I have the property, or the other way round. You can also list your own property in the site catalog with a separate account.
Developers and commercial property owners
I show projects to buyers and investors when the paperwork is in order. I check permits and contract terms first, so that is where the conversation starts.
Lawyers, notaries, valuers, insurers
My clients need document checks, valuations, insurance, LLP registration and residence permit support. If you do this well, I want a direct line to you.
Relocation services and employers with international staff
I find first rentals and homes to buy for people moving to Almaty, on clear terms and in several languages.
How the cooperation works
First a short conversation about the task. Then we put in writing who does what and how fees are calculated. I don't quote figures here because they depend on the scope and each side's role.
What you get
Transparent work on the deal: clear status and a property checked through the eyes of a builder, an investor and a lawyer. For deals you can use the online deal room, where all parties see the steps.
What I ask of a partner
Accurate property data, real prices and the owner's consent to sell. I don't publish properties that show signs of fraud, however attractive the commission.
How to list a property in the catalog
Message me and I will open a partner agent account. You add your properties in the account, a moderator checks them, and then they appear in the catalog. You can see how it looks in properties in Almaty.

How is the commission split on a joint deal?
We discuss it before work starts and put it in writing. The share depends on who found the client and the property and who runs the deal, so there is no single figure.
Can I list my property on your site?
Yes, if you are a real estate professional or an owner with confirmed documents. I open an account, the property goes through moderation and then appears in the catalog.
Do you work with developers?
Yes, if there is a permit to raise buyers' funds or a finished building with documents. I tell buyers about both the strengths of a project and its risks.
Can you join a deal with a foreign client?
Yes. I work in Russian, Kazakh and English and help with search and deal support. IIN, LLP and residence permit questions are handled together with partner lawyers.
