If you are selling, I help with the price, getting the apartment ready and negotiating. For people relocating to Almaty, I sort out housing and bring in partner lawyers for company setup (an LLP, known locally as TOO), employment and residence permits. After the purchase, I help you choose insurance.
How I work
I spent about four years building houses, then renovated and resold apartments, and since 2022 I have been finding commercial premises for Kaspi Bank. In 2019 I ran my own concrete plant in Burunday, so I also know construction from the production side. That background shapes my approach: I check and calculate first, and only then show you anything.
Instead of dozens of viewings, you get a short list with my comments on each option. I read the documents first, and I check complex legal questions with a notary or partner lawyers.
