Online Deal: the whole route of a purchase or sale on one page
Online Deal is a personal page for a property deal in Almaty. I send you a link in WhatsApp. The page shows what to do now, which stages are done and what comes next. No sign-up is needed and the system does not store scans of your documents.
Message on WhatsAppWhat it is
Every deal has its own list of steps. It depends on the property and the terms: resale or new build, mortgage or own money, notary or public service centre, a pledge on the flat, minor co-owners, a spouse's consent. I answer these questions when I create the deal, and the system builds the route for you.
The seller and the buyer see the same route, but each gets their own tasks. You never see the other party's personal data, only how many steps they have left.
The page does not replace a notary or a lawyer. It helps you not to forget a document, miss a deadline, or lose track of where you are.
How it works
From the first message to your first task takes a few minutes.
I create the deal
I answer a few questions about the property and the terms: type, mortgage, where we sign. The system builds the list of steps.
You get a personal link
I send it in WhatsApp. There is no password; the link works only for you.
You consent and fill in a short form
Consent to data processing and a brief questionnaire. Some steps depend on it, for example whether a spouse's consent is needed.
You follow the steps
The “Now from you” block sits at the top. Press “I agree” where needed and download templates. I mark the rest.
Who sees your data
- The link is personal. Do not forward it: it opens your questionnaire. If it reaches the wrong person, I revoke it and issue a new one.
- Opening the link changes nothing. Messengers open links on their own to build a preview, so your consent and answers are saved only when you press a button.
- Questionnaires are stored encrypted. The system does not accept scans of passports or certificates: you bring originals to the notary.
- Every action goes into a journal that cannot be rewritten after the fact. The other party does not see it.
What the route looks like
These are the actual lists of steps the system builds for two typical cases. In your deal they may differ: steps are added or removed depending on your answers.

Frequently asked questions
Do I need to register?
No. You sign in with your personal link; no password or email. The only permission needed is consent to data processing, which you give on the page itself.
What if I lose the link?
Message me. I revoke the old link and issue a new one. The old one stops working.
Can I forward the link to someone else?
Better not: the link opens your questionnaire. I issue a separate link, with its own role, to any other participant, for example a representative under a power of attorney.
Which deals are supported?
Resale purchases and sales, new builds under a shared-construction agreement (DDU) and DDU assignments, with or without a mortgage. If your case is unusual, the system flags it and I handle it by hand.
Do you keep copies of my documents?
No. The system holds only the questionnaire, step statuses (“provided”, “checked”) and templates. Originals and copies go to the notary.
Which languages does the page support?
Russian, Kazakh and English. You choose the language and can switch any time.
Does this replace a notary or a lawyer?
No. The page shows the route and reminds you of steps. Legal questions are settled with a notary and a lawyer for your case.
Tell me about your goal
A few words about what you need and your budget are enough. I reply personally, usually within a day.
