TAUMURA on Suleimenov: an independent profile of a complex under construction

Where TAUMURA is located

The complex is being built at 35 Suleimenov St in Taugul microdistrict, in Auezov district. The developer describes the location as urban and close to the foothills. Around it are established microdistricts with schools, kindergartens and shops.

What the project promises

According to Krisha.kz: 9 floors, 200 apartments, a monolithic building, pre-finish, above-ground parking, central heating. BI Group's website adds 3–3.3 m ceilings and windows and glazing 2.2–3 m high.

Materials per the developer: a monolithic reinforced concrete frame, aerated block walls with Acoustic Pro sound insulation, a facade of natural stone, aluminum and clinker brick, and PVC windows with a three-chamber profile and single-chamber double glazing. The building is advertised with its own Fitness Room and a closed, car-free courtyard with playgrounds and sports areas.

Class and price

BI Group markets TAUMURA as business class, while Krisha.kz lists it as comfort class. For a buyer, that's a reason to compare the project on specifics rather than the class label: materials, density, courtyard and parking.

Krisha.kz showed no prices as of the date checked. As a guide, the average new build in Almaty in September 2026 cost 582,000 ₸ per m² in comfort class and 1.02 million ₸ in business class (Homsters).

What I check before you sign a DDU for TAUMURA

• The guarantee from the Single Operator, Kazakhstan Housing Company (KZhK), or akimat permission, and registration of the standard DDU.
• The construction stage on site: frame, floors, concrete quality.
• The above-ground parking: whether there are enough spaces for 200 apartments and what a space costs.
• Windows: single-chamber glazing and street noise from Suleimenov for apartments on the frontage.
• What will open in the ground-floor commercial units.
• The completion date in the contract and the developer's liability for delay.

The area around TAUMURA

Taugul is part of Almaty's Auezov district. According to Almaty Air Initiative, annual average PM2.5 there in 2025 was 25.8 µg/m³, well below the northern districts. The median asking price for a 3-room apartment in Auezov district in June 2026 was 48.5 million ₸ (Krisha.kz), a reference point for comparing with the price of a new build.

There's no metro nearby; buses and cars are the main transport, so drive the route to work and school at rush hour.

Who TAUMURA suits

The project suits families who want a new building in an established area at a lower price than upper Bostandyk, and investors buying during construction. Rentals in Auezov district are steady, but 200 apartments will hit the market at once on completion, so rents will be lower in the first year.
