The project website advertises an eco-garage with charging stations, keyless entry (fingerprint locks), an intercom and cameras with face and license plate recognition, themed rooms (children's room, gym, cinema with PlayStation, coworking), rooftop glamping and a workout area.

Apartments and prices

On the project website as of October 26, 2026, the apartments for sale were 2-room from 51.7 to 68.7 m², 3-room from 82.3 to 88.3 m² and 4-room from 117.1 to 120 m². Prices are not published on the website.

According to kn.kz on September 29, 2026, the developer was selling 2-room apartments from 1.118 million ₸ per m² and 4-room from 1.32 million ₸ per m². The figure for 3-room apartments on the same page looks like an error, so I don't quote it. For comparison, the average business-class new build in Almaty in September 2026 was 1.02 million ₸ per m² (Homsters).

What I check before buying in RAMS Garden

• The commissioning certificate for the specific block the apartment is in.
• Windows facing Tole Bi and VOAD: noise and dust from the interchange, the glazing class.
• What the finish includes, per the contract.
• Fees for the shared rooms, glamping and garage, and who manages them.
• Whether the chargers and smart locks actually work.
• The promised 8-year payback on commercial units: that's the developer's calculation, and I redo it using actual rents on this street.

Who RAMS Garden suits

The complex suits people who want a new building in the eastern part of the center with quick access to VOAD, Kok-Tobe and Medeu. Small 2-room apartments are interesting as rentals: KBTU, Halyk Arena and the center are nearby.

A large complex of 643 apartments means a lot of rental and resale listings competing at once in the first years, which puts pressure on prices and rents.
